Introducing Back-to-Basics
An 8-week group coaching program designed to help busy women build solid health foundations to repair their gut, rebalance their hormones, and restore their wellbeing.
Weekly Live Calls
- Each week, you’ll join your head coaches and a group of inspiring women who’ve said “yes” to themselves and are committed to transforming their health and well-being.
- You’ll have your questions answered live and benefit from those asked by other ladies—ones you might not have considered or felt shy to bring up.
- We encourage you to join live for the best experience, but we understand that life happens—so replays will always be available.
- Plus, you’ll hear from weekly guest experts who’ll dive deep into key topics, share actionable practices, and answer your questions in real time.
Weekly Modules
- Gain access to on-demand training through a dedicated website and app, where all content is available for you to revisit anytime with lifetime access.Â
- Each week, we’ll deliver short, easy-to-digest videos designed to fit seamlessly into your busy schedule (think bite-sized, YouTube-style content). Whether you’re a visual learner or prefer listening on the go, you can choose to watch the videos or listen to the audio as a podcast.
- We understand that everyone learns differently, so we’ve created a flexible, accessible format to help you absorb the material in a way that works best for you.Â
Accountability & SupportÂ
- We kick off with a 60-minute 1:1 session to dive into your health history, current and past nutrition, lifestyle, and environment. Together, we’ll address any health concerns and uncover potential root causes, mapping out additional guidance to complement the programme.
- Throughout the 8 weeks, you’ll receive regular check-ins to ensure you stay on track and get the most out of your journey.
- To help you solidify the foundations, we also provide an additional 2 weeks of support beyond the programme, giving you the clarity and confidence to move forward.
In our group coaching program we:
- Master goal-setting and build habits that last.
- Learn how to nourish your body, track your cycle, reduce toxins, support detoxification, and dive into the infradian system and hormonal balance.
- Understand gut health and how to nurture it.
- Get the lowdown on circadian rhythm and tips to optimise.
- Explore the benefits of strength training and movement that makes you feel your best.
- Unpack the effects of stress on the body and practical ways to manage it.Â

Meet Your Head Coaches:

Combined, we have 20+ years of experience in the corporate finance & advertising world. Throughout our 20's we navigated a lot of health issues due to our high-pressure work, hectic lifestyle, lack of purpose and poor nutrition. We reached rock bottom, and after what felt like a lifetime of wobbles, we found our way to the world of health & wellness where our paths crossed.
With a common passion for helping others, we quickly realised it was our duty to help women walking the path we once did. That’s why we became coaches—to guide ladies back to health like we did for ourselves, but with a clearer, quicker path forward. We know firsthand how much we would’ve valued someone showing us the way back then!
In 2024, we set-up Guided (LLC) officially—a platform dedicated to empowering women to achieve optimal health, naturally. Proudly UAE-born, with roots in the EU (Ireland, France, and the UK), we've called this vibrant region home since 2012 and 2016.
